Engineer will consult on circuit design or problems on analog electronic circuits such as linear or switchmode power converters, amplifiers including class A, B, D, analog filter networks, op-amp circuits, signal integrity problems, failure modes, and other electronic problems. Limited simulation capabilities are utilized when required. Design stress analysis and component selections are done when requested. Commercial or military designs can be reviewed.
Fees range from no charge for simple problems to a negotiated fee or hourly rate.
